Working with the Cooperative Federation of Slovenia (ZZS) was all about balance. Blending cinematic soul with modern visual energy. We wanted to create more than just an informative video; we wanted a living, breathing tribute to the 13,500 farms that form the spine of our local food supply. The goal was to reach a younger, urban audience without losing the authentic connection to the tradition and hard work that defines the Slovenian countryside.
The production took us from the organic slopes of Pohorje to the vineyards of Goriška Brda, serving as a welcome escape into the "paradise" of rural life. Ironically, the biggest challenge wasn't the logistics, but finding the perfect tree for a key shot. After scouting half the country, we eventually found the winner right in our own backyard in Fram. It’s a classic production story: sometimes the best frame is waiting exactly where you started.
The final product is a celebration of the cooperative mission and the short supply chains that bring quality food to our tables. By mixing a contemporary aesthetic with an organic rhythm, the film highlights the vital link between the land and the people. No moralizing, just a straightforward look at the grit and beauty of the farms that feed us.
